About
Michael Warrick
Attorney At Law
Michael Warrick brings more than two decades of legal experience across public service, state government, and private practice. His work sits at the intersection of law, fairness, and practical problem-solving, grounded in a deep understanding of how systems operate and how people are affected by them.
Before founding Warrick Law, Michael served in senior legal and leadership roles across Missouri and Arkansas, including Chief of Staff for the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office, General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Agriculture, and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. In these roles, he advised agency leadership, represented the departments before administrative tribunals and courts obtaining administrative penalties and law violations against wrongdoers.
Earlier in his career, Michael served as an investigator for the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, handling discrimination cases involving employment, sexual harassment, disabilities, housing and public accommodations. This work cemented his commitment to fairness, equity, and advocacy for those navigating systems that often feel inaccessible or overwhelming.
Michael founded Warrick Law to focus on the work that matters most to him: representing individuals, employers, and organizations with fairness, integrity, and clarity. His background inside government agencies and legislative systems gives him a practical advantage. He understands not only the law, but how decisions are made, enforced, and challenged.
Clients value Michael’s direct communication style and balanced approach. He takes the time to explain complex legal issues clearly, outline realistic options, and move matters forward without unnecessary conflict or delay. Whether handling employment disputes, administrative actions, criminal defense, or mediation, his goal remains the same: practical resolution grounded in experience and sound judgment.
Michael’s practice focuses primarily on employment and administrative law, with additional experience in:
-
Employment Law
-
Mediation & Ombud Services
-
Administrative Law
-
Criminal Defense
He represents clients across Arkansas and Missouri and is licenses to practice in both states.
